Sleeping Beauty (2013)
Scenic & Costume Design – Adams State University Theatre
Full Production Description:
This whimsical retelling of the classic tale combined fairytale realism with stylized fantasy, featuring dynamic set pieces, hand-painted drops, oversized props, and elemental color motifs. The forest, palace, and magical spaces were brought to life through painted floor textures, carved foam shapes, and ethereal scenic webbing. Costumes complemented the enchanted aesthetic, with each fairy and character embodying a seasonal palette and silhouette.
