David Sedaris’s darkly comedic monologue was brought to life through a holiday display that satirized commercial cheer. The set balanced garish festivity with subtle decay—layered textures, worn carpeting, and oversized props contrasted the superficial sparkle of Santaland with the biting humor of the play.

Designed swirled golden floor motifs and faux gift blocks for staging versatility
