ABSTRACT: What defines a truly successful school? According to the Wallace Foundation (2021), effective school leadership is crucial for student achievement, second only to classroom instruction. A leader who skillfully blends visionary thinking with systematic methodologies is at the heart of every engaged classroom and thriving teaching team. Instructional supervision merges educational leadership with management—two distinct yet interconnected elements that shape the learning environment. Educational leadership encourages growth and transformation, while management ensures sustainability and consistency. Together, these components lay the groundwork for theoretical and practical aspects of school improvement.
