Full Production Description:

This two-location prison and apartment drama required a divided stage to support simultaneous past/present storytelling. The set included steel bars, flickering lights, and a lived-in apartment interior built on a raised deck.

  • - Welded metal frame bars for prison cell realism

    - Installed split-level set with stair access and interior walls

    - Simulated concrete textures with dry-brushed paint layering

    - Coordinated lighting effects to support memory sequences

  • - Emphasized contrast between institutional and domestic space

    - Explored trauma, isolation, and reintegration through set realism

    - Integrated actor feedback into safety and access planning
